Derailed

Oh man, I fell off the tracks hard.
Looking back at my blog I realized that maybe I am not doing too bad. I started off my blog on the heaviest that I  have ever been, at 174.2lbs. Today I have woke up with hangover and feeling sick, but weighed in at 155lbs. My last blog post was 158.8lbs, so I haven't lost much since December, although I am still lower than I was.

Over the time I haven't been blogging I had hit my lowest, 143lbs. I have really been struggling lately. A few days ago we received new leggings to wear at work, they have knocked my confidence and have made me feel so bad about myself. The managers say that they are yoga leggings so they should be comfortable and keep us cool. But they are so unflattering, sitting just below the belly exaggerating my side roles, giving me a shelf belly and the pattern stretches increasing the fat look in my thighs. On top of that the sweat is crazy.

So in January I started pole fitness, it has boosted my strength, posture and confidence. I now have been wearing short shorts and crop tops. It is definitely something that I am not going to give up. I am currently doing this one day a week and it is my only form of exercise other than walking.

I occasionally wear a waist trainer whilst I'm busying about, its not a super tight one, it just nips me in when I feel that I need it.

I am now coming to the end of uni, just my dissertation and exams left. So I am super stressed right now but also excited at the same time. But after I will be able to put more thought into my weight loss.

Days 32 to 39

So once again I forgot to update

It has been a bumpy week with some strange results.

 158.8lbs -15.4lbs

Today I weighed in at 158.2lbs making that a total of 16lbs in the 39 days.
I would say that I am happy with that but I feel my scales are telling a bit of a porkie...

Today I am having a shake
2 sausages and 2 eggs
and a quorn meal for dinner (haven't decided what yet) with veggies

Day 29, 30 and 31

So today is the lowest so fat it marks the 12lbs lost mark for my perfect weight i just need to drop another 30lbs
Problem..... Mum made a roast and put Yorkshire puddings with it, they are my ultimate weakness. I think I inhaled at least 7 of them :/
hopefully that don't affect my weigh in tomorrow too negatively, fingers crossed!

I added it all to my fitness pal, I have stayed under my calorie goal of 1,200.... But defiantly topped my carbs.
But it has also said that I have 700% too much vitamin A, I know that too much vitamin A is extremely bad, I have sat through enouth nutrition lessons to know the long term toxicity of vitamins and minerals. I am super sure that the 700% that I went over does in now way affect me seems the mg is set to 100 XD I'm pretty sure the daily guideline is around 700mg a day so i might look into changing all that on my fitness pal now.

Apparently If every day were like today...   You'd weigh 152.3 lbs in 5 weeks .... 
I don't feel like this would be right because I feel like I would just put on so much weight eating like that. Most days it will not tell me this because it says my calorie intake is less than 1000 although i feel full and energized

Day 28



It has been four weeks since I started my path to a skinnier me.
Today I weighed in at 164.2lbs, that works out as 10lbs down!
I am unsure if I see to much difference in my body, my arms are covering the important bits. From the side view its obvious that my belly has decreased a little. Hopefully next month will see me lose another 10lbs



Stated today with a shake and my tablets. I am about to do my 20 minute core work out.

Day 27

I don't start uni until 2 this afternoon so I had a little lay in!
165lbs again today my overall weight loss so far has been 8.4lbs

Had my tablets and am half way through my shake.
I have prepped my lunch
3 organic carrots, plumb tomatoes, 3 prunes, a handful of cashews, 6 sweet snap peas and chia seeds.
so pretty much the same as every day...

Before uni I will do the 20 minute workout and put some more movements into it too from some other workouts

I have stated entering on to My Fitness Pal again so i can track everything I am doing. I used my fitness pal in December 2014 I was 174.2lbs, September 2015 I was 158-154lbs so I was at some point 155lbs which is still 10lbs away.

Because I don't have time between work and College I am having a active woman meal replacement in vanilla by my protein. It takes two seconds to make and is easy to drink on the go!
I have taken all tablets and hopefully I won't pick on the bad food at work

Day 26

Today I am feeling the tiny bit of movement that happened yesterday.
I only done a very basic work out this morning, I will be topping it up later tonight though.

Today I weighed in at 165.0lbs I am quite happy with that, its a round number and has given me the thought of having 5lbs goals. having smaller goals makes everything feel a little better.... Right?

Days 16 to 25

Okay, I neglected my blog!
So it has been a bumpy ride I am now on day 25....

Day 21 weight 162.4lbs Loss 11.8lbs :) Super happy.... (Not for long though)
Day 22 weight 167.2lbs Loss 7.0lbs Day of graduation, celebrated with Chinese and a night out.
Day 23 weight 170.0lbs Loss 4.2lbs Very bad day, late for work so no breakfast and a hangover.
Day 24 weight 167.8lbs Loss 6.6lbs Getting back on track
Day 25 weight 166.4lbs Loss 7.8lbs

So there was a slight hiccup that I am paying for...
Every day I have been so good.
Shakes for breakfast
Carrots, nuts, seeds, tomatoes, fruit for lunch/snacks
Followed by a healthy veg packed dinner, normally stir-fry or something.

So now I have reached 25 days of diet with out exercise it might be time that I start moving

I have a 6kg and a 7.5kg kettlebell

I have a mini exercise plan in place (I may do this twice a day)
20 kettlebell sit ups
20 tricep curls with kettlebell
20 squats with kettlebell
20 front rises
10 lateral lifts on each side
20 squat to knees
30 second plank
10 drop planks

I done todays set with the 7.5 kettlebell
I will do this for the next week, then hopefully increase each rep to 30 and do a 40 second plank. I will use the 6kg kettlebell for lateral lifts.
After 2 weeks of this I will then start a more intense workout

I just thought to myself "I haven't done enough!"

So now I will add this on to my routine every day!

3 poached eggs
bowl of veg
pea snaps, carrots, cucumber(disgusting snack size ones), tomatoes, sweet peppers, cashew nuts and chi seeds. I will slowly nibble on this to keep me satisfied.
This evening mum made a beef roast, no potatoes and lots of veg. I did treat myself to a little gravey for some moistness though.
